These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, websites, applications, software, and solutions provided by Advit Software Solutions ("Advit", "we", "our", "us"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

• Services: Any software, website, mobile application, consulting, development, or related solutions provided by us.
• User: Any individual, business, or entity accessing or using our Services.
• Client: Any User who enters into a formal agreement with us for the provision of paid Services.

2. Scope of Services

We provide software development, mobile application development, web design, digital marketing, and technology consulting. The features, timelines, deliverables, and fees for any project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal shared with the Client.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration or onboarding process.
• You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• You agree not to misuse our Services, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, or engaging in fraudulent activities.

4. Intellectual Property

• All software, code, designs, trademarks, logos, and other content created or provided by Advit remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our intellectual property without prior written consent.
• Any client-provided materials remain the property of the client, and we will not use them outside the scope of the agreed project.

5. Payment Terms

• Fees, billing schedules, and payment methods will be specified in your project agreement or invoice.
• Payments must be made as per agreed terms. Late payments may result in suspension of services and applicable interest charges.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We make reasonable efforts to ensure our Services meet agreed specifications, but we do not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from security vulnerabilities. Except as expressly stated, all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advit Software Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

We will treat all client data, business information, and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease, and all outstanding fees will become payable.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. The "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
